We had a busy morning here at 8 Outdoor towers as we worked directly with the team at Radio X’s The Chris Moyles Show on dynamic show content.
Running throughout the show, Radio X used our portfolio of 100 digital out-of-home screens in towns and cities across the UK to promote funny and tongue in cheek content related to newsreader Dominic Byrne.
Listeners were encouraged to tweet in pictures of the screens on the morning commute, resulting in an overwhelming amount of listener interaction.
8 Outdoor then worked with the Radio X team to change the copy on the screens as the show went on, using dynamic and contextual creative; for example, putting Liverpool fan Dom on a screen right outside Liverpool FC’s stadium Anfield, in an Everton shirt!
A perfect example of creativity at scale, showcasing the power and flexibility of broadcast digital out-of-home. After all, it is Your Outdoor!
