Your 2018 Outdoor is sailing off with one of our favourite national campaigns of the year, Celebrity Cruises.
Challenge: Celebrity Cruises is not a regular Out-of-Home (OOH), advertiser let alone a Digital-out-of-Home (DOOH) advertiser. However, after deciding to try DOOH, the brand wanted to achieve 23 million impacts over the period of four weeks in London, Manchester and Leeds, whilst ensuring a cost-effective campaign.
Solution: 8 Outdoor worked with Goodstuff and specialist Talon to use audience data to identify the best screens and dayparts to deliver to the desired audience. The campaign ran on D48’s and large format screens across the three cities.
Results: By the end of the campaign, 8 Outdoor had delivered 28.5 million impacts, 5.5 million more than Celebrity Cruise’s target, whilst also keeping the campaign truly cost-effective, achieving a Cost Per Thousand (CPT) of £3.85.
